We accept online orders payable by Visa or MasterCard. In order to expedite shipping, we process your orders immediately and therefore only accept cancellations within 3 hours of placing your order. Cancellations should be sent to orders@invitationsbysalutations.com, and must mention CANCELLATION in the subject line. Cancellations received after the 3 hour window will be charged a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee.
All Envelopments’ items are final sale. In the event your items are damaged or there is an error with your shipment, we must be notified within 72 hours (three business days). Returns will only be accepted on damaged items. These items will be replaced with the identical stock item, but not returned for a refund. Please note that any replacement items will be sent by the same shipping method as your original order. If you wish to upgrade the shipping of replacement items, you may do so but this will be an additional cost.
Items with customization cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes custom cutting, drilling, scoring, and slotting on any item. Please be sure to double check your dimensions before placing your order. Please note, Envelopments 5x7 products do not fit a standard A7 envelope. Envelopments’ 5x7 Envelopes are 7.5” x 5.5”. You may also reference our Shapes & Sizes Chart to confirm the actual dimensions of all our products.
We suggest ordering our Mini Swatch Deck to confirm your color selections prior to placing your order. While we do our best to represent the colors of our products online, there are variations from screen to screen and printer to printer when compared to the actual color. We do not accept returns based on color variations.
Items that are exchanged will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Please contact us at orders@invitationsbysalutations.com so we may issue you a RMA number and provide you with return instructions. In the event you do not return the items being exchanged within 10 days, you will be charged the cost of the original items in addition to the exchange items.
For Envelopments items, there is a minimum order requirement of $100.00. Any order under $100 will be charged a $7.00 service fee during checkout. All Envelopments items must be ordered in increments of 10 per size, style, and color.
For custom designed invitations, the minimum order is $700.
There is no minimum order requirement for catalog invitations.
6% Sales Tax will be added to any order billed to or shipped to a Michigan address. This will be added to your cart during the checkout process. If you are a retailer and we have a current copy of your resale license on file, please contact us at orders@invitationsbysalutations.com to set up a tax exempt account.
Although we are an online retailer, we do not have a store front. The best method to reach us is by email (orders@invitationsbysalutations.com). You may also call us at 248-349-3537. We are available from 10am to 5pm EST. All emails and phone inquiries will be returned within 24 business hours.
We currently ship all Envelopments items via UPS. In-stock items are pulled from stock within 3 business days (unless you order express shipping), and are sent via UPS ground. Items ship directly from the warehouse in California, and typically take 3-5 business days to arrive after processing.
You also have the option of requesting express shipping. All express shipping orders are pulled from stock within 24 hours, and can be sent Overnight, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select. Please contact us at orders@invitationsbysalutations.com if you require Saturday delivery.
In the event your item is on backorder, you will be notified via email and given the option to cancel that line item, ship the backordered item separately (additional shipping charges apply), or ship the order once all items are in-stock.
Packages returned due to failure to sign for package or failure to pickup a package after a call tag was left, you will be charged a second shipping fee to have the item reshipped. In the event items are not reshipped, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee; the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
We currently ship to the Continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. We must have a physical address to ship to. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
We cannot drop ship directly to Canada. Orders being shipped to Canada will require an additional 3-7 days for shipping, and will be sent via FedEx International after we receive it from Envelopments. Duty and Customs fees may be charged upon delivery. We have no control over these fees, which in some instances, may exceed the cost of the actual goods. For more information on import Duty Charges, please contact your local FedEx office.
